Returns

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straight forward 30 day returns policy.

All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please allow up to 7 working days for all returns to be processed from the date our warehouse receives your return.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return or exchange your items, please follow the steps below.  

Simply follow this link, and the instructions on screen to return your items.

  • All UK returns are charged at £4.95 which is deducted from the refund total. Bedstools and our 'Giant' Beanbags must be returned by the customer.
  • International returns must be paid for.
  • Please note we limit exchanges to 2 per order
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging. A £7 charge will be deducted if they are not returned in their original box.

If you are based in the UK, you'll have the option to select a label or a QR code. The latter, of course, can be scanned when you drop off the package and a label will be printed for you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a full refund within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting

For our Giant Beanbags only, customers are required to return their order at their own cost. This can be done using Parcelforce and dropped off at a local post office.
