WHAT IS YOUR NORMAL RETURNS POLICY?

We want you to love our products as much as we do. We’re so confident of this; we offer a full 30-day period to return your order. All we ask is that you send us the products in re-sellable condition. 

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A UK ORDER?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • Please email 'elinn@hydeandhare.com' if you have any questions or have not recevied the postage label

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

  • International orders need to be returned manually by the customer, please email 'elinn@hydeandhare.com' to organise a return.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

  • All UK returns are charged at £5 which is deducted from the refund total.
  • International returns must be paid for.
  • Please note there is a £15 re-stocking fee for our cowhide rugs due to them needing to be ironed and folded by our team
  • Beanbags and bedstools refunds are priced at £19.50 due to their size.

 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a full refund within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting
