We want you to love our products as much as we do. We’re so confident of this; we offer a full 30-day period to return your order. All we ask is that you send us the products in re-sellable condition. Please note we offer extended Christmas returns to the 20th January.
You can return your order for an exchange or full refund, no questions asked. If you do need to return something you will need to pay for postage. We suggest you obtain proof of postage, which is free of charge at any post office. If you plan to return a purchased item, please email us at email@example.com
Please kindly note that returns can take up to 3 working days to process once received. Please check that the item(s) you wish to exchange for are in stock. Although not mandatory, we suggest that you send returns via registered post. Hyde & Hare cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit. Kindly note we don't refund the original P & P charge.
