We want you to love our products as much as we do. We’re so confident of this; we offer a full 30-day period to return your order. All we ask is that you send us the products in re-sellable condition.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return or exchange your items, please follow the steps below.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
- International orders need to be returned manually by the customer. Please email customercare@hydeandhare.com to organise a return.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS WINDOW?
- 30 days from receipt of order
- They must be in their original condition
- In the original packaging
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
- All UK returns are charged at £4.95, which is deducted from the refund total.
- Bedstools and our 'Giant' Beanbags must be returned by the customer.
- International returns must be paid for, including any additional charges.
- Please note we limit exchanges to 2 per order.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging. A £7 charge will be deducted if they are not returned in their original box.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a full refund within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting it.
